Purpose:
Loan against marketable securities helps in realizing individual’s goal of having desirable investment portfolio. Century Commercial Bank provides loans against listed securities for further investment and to meet their financial needs.

- Financing: Maximum up to NPR 50 million
Eligibility:
All Nepalese citizens of age between 18 years and 70 years can apply the loan.
Required Documents:
- Copy of Citizenship Certificate and 2 copies of passport size photos of applicants/ collateral owner and personal guarantors.
- De-mat statement

|
Letter from the employer stating the position, terms of employment (contract of permanent), total salary etc. In case of Pension income, pension slip required

Rental/Lease income from property
|
Copy of lalpurja, copy of rental/ lease agreement signed by the landlord and tenant/ lessor and lessee in presence of witness, citizenship copy of tenant/lessee in case of individual and copy of registration document in case tenant/lessee being company/firm.
Rental Tax Paid Receipt ( as per NRB directives/ Government of Nepal)

Vehicle Income
|
Copy of Bluebook, Comprehensive insurance copy, self-declaration income in case of vehicle being used in route, rental agreement if the vehicle is being used in rent.

Self-professional practices
|
Registration with concerned authority such as; Nepal Engineering Council for engineers, Nepal Bar Association for lawyers etc. Letter from employer’s law firm etc.
Bank statement wherever possible.

Self-Medical practices
|
Nepal Medical Council certificate, letter from the employer, letter from polyclinic, pharmacy where the clinic is located.

Freelance Consultancy
|
Past working experiences, current contract papers and proof of remuneration, qualification certificates.
Bank statement wherever possible.

Firm Registration Certificate
Tax/Vat Registration certificate
Last 2 year financials, and year to date financial for current year, acceptable to Bank.

|
Bank Statement (Domestic/ Abroad) or remittance payment received slips of past 3 months (In case of salary income generated from India, ATM withdrawal receipt from Nepal ATM booth can be considered as a remittance slip), Employment certificate from the concerned employer with required documents, Bank statement reflecting remitting deposits.

Certification from Broker houses or Security Board of Nepal (SEBON)

Commission Income
